Since 1985, Eddie and Jacob Bacall have guided Bacall Development from small retail operators to a full-service commercial real estate company.  Under their direct supervision, Bacall Development has successfully developed over thirty real estate projects in five states, which include Michigan, New York, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

As a full-service commercial real estate company, Bacall Development oversees every aspect of the development process, from site identification, entitlement, land development, construction, leasing and management.  Bacall Development strives to be a well organized and diversified company, developing projects that range from 10,000 to 150,000 square feet, which include national “credit” retailers, urban redevelopment projects and neighborhood shopping centers. 

As a result of the ownerships “hands on” approach and direct involvement, the Company has successfully engaged in the development and operation of retail, office, commercial, leisure and congregate care projects.  Bacall Development remains focused on developing and operating core assets that are strategically located to maximize value over the long term that will ensure stable profitability that operate at high levels of occupancy.
